The Felcino cuisine favours typical Umbrian produce such as cold meats, cheeses and fresh,home made pasta; red meat from Chianina cattle reared on our own farm, to savour as “carpaccio” (thin slices of raw beef), fillet steaks or Fiorentina; vegetables and herbs grown on the farm. Home-made desserts and finally the excellent white truffles and extra virgin olive oil complete those flavours and smells typical of Umbrian and Tuscan cooking.
To crown each menu there is a vast choice of wines from local vineyards: the best red and white wines to accompany each delicious dish.
In good weather, eating outdoors allows one to enjoy good food in contact with nature.
The restaurant is open every day except Mondays both for lunch and dinner and is also open to non-residents.
